Clothing Products:

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order within an hour after you place your order, please email us at info@boutiqueleay.com (subject: cancel order). 

 

How long will it take for me to receive my pre-order item(s)? 

It will take at least a month to receive a pre-order.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You have 7 days from the date that your order was delivered to return your merchandise. No returns on sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits or undergarments.  Please take a look at our return policy for more information and to learn how to initiate a return.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund? 

As soon as we receive the item(s) back and inspect them, then we issue you a refund. It may take 5-10 business days from the date we receive your returned package to process and refund your order.

How do I book a styling service?

All services start with a free consultation, so just email us at info@boutiqueleay.com to set up an appointment.  

 

How do I know which styling service is right for me?

After your free consultation with your Personal Stylist, they will help you determine which package is the right fit for you.

 

How does payment work for your styling services?

All payments are due upfront with NO refunds.  However, you are allowed to make changes to the start date of your services at no additional charge.

 

Are clothes included in the package?

Unfortunately, clothes are not included in the package price; however, your stylist will help you come up with a budget that's comfortable for you. 

 

Do you style men?

Absolutely! The packages are for both men and women.
